Troubleshooting
Connection failures, missing views, refused questions and stale graphs.

| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| Test connection fails | Allowlist the IPs on Data. Rerun the setup script. Check the role has USAGE on the database, schema and warehouse. |
| A table does not appear | Only views can be imported. Create a view over the table and grant SELECT on the view. |
| Warehouse waking up | Cold start on an auto-suspended warehouse. Wait up to 90 seconds, or raise the size / disable auto-suspend in business hours. |
| Question is outside what I can help with | Rephrase it as a question about your views, trends or comparisons. |
| Selected views cannot answer this | Add the missing view to the Context Builder, or ask a builder to expose the data as a view. |
| Numbers differ from a known report | Open the view in Data. Check the time column, descriptions and the warehouse definition. |
| AI key error or no quota | Settings → AI keys: Check the key, top up at the provider, or switch model. |
| Run blocked by budget | Request more budget, raise the cap (admin), or pick another key. |
| Graph shows an error | Open the graph, read Runs, Retry, Edit with AI, or fix the view. |
| Graph shows old numbers | Boards show the last snapshot. Press Refresh to save a new one. |
| Composer is disabled | Add views to Context Builder, pick an output type, and add an AI key in Settings. |
