Settings

Settings is not in the top bar. Open it from your avatar → Settings (gear). It is for things you configure once and visit when something changes.

• Profile and preferences — name, language (English or Español), theme, density, timezone, two-step sign-in, export and delete.
• Notifications — what reaches you in the app and by email.
• Workspace settings — name and defaults (admins).
• AI keys and usage — keys, budgets, spend and tokens. See Add an AI key.
• Members — invitations and roles.
• Policies, sign-in and security, alerts, accuracy, billing, API and webhooks, audit log — as your plan and role allow.

Data stays in the top bar because warehouses and views are what people look at while they work. AI keys do not belong there.
