Terms of service

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. The person who creates a workspace accepts these terms for the organization that owns it and is responsible for the people they invite.

You keep all rights to your data and content. You give exelens permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to connect the warehouses and AI providers you use.

You bring your own AI provider key. Your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, and their charges are billed to you by them. AI-generated text can be wrong; exelens checks figures against your data, but you are responsible for decisions you make with the answers.

• Don’t attempt to access other customers’ data or to bypass security controls.
• Don’t connect systems you are not authorized to access.
• Don’t use the service to break the law or to infringe others’ rights.

Trials last 14 days. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. If payment fails, we will notify you and may limit refreshes after a grace period before suspending the workspace.

We aim for high availability and publish incidents on our status page. Service levels and credits for Enterprise plans are set out in the order form.

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk. After termination you can export your content for 30 days.

The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
