Warehouse compute, AI spend, budgets and when a board costs nothing.

Two meters matter: warehouse compute and AI tokens. Boards you are only reading cost neither — they show stored snapshots.

Warehouse

Views run when you ask a question or press Refresh. Opening a board does not run them. Use a dedicated small warehouse for exelens, pre-aggregate heavy views, and watch connection health on Data.

AI

Set monthly budgets in dollars on each key in Settings → AI keys and usage. Watch spend, tokens and requests. Pick a lower-cost model for routine boards. Use data-only refresh for frequent schedules. Keep depth of reasoning off unless you need it.
