  1. 1

    Add views to context

In The Library, double-click a view or drag it into Context Builder. Add only the views this question needs. Filter the library by warehouse if you have several platforms.

  2. 2

    Pick an output type

Every type is listed with an icon and a name: KPI card, bar (including horizontal, grouped, stacked), line, area, pie, donut, scatter, waterfall, funnel, heatmap, treemap, combo, table, summary. The composer stays locked until you pick one.

  3. 3

    Choose a model and ask

In AI Chat, pick the model (and which key). Type the question. Press Enter to send, Shift+Enter for a new line, Esc to stop.

How to phrase it

Talk to it like a smart analyst who knows the data but not your head. State what, when, how compared, and for whom.

WeakStrong
Revenue? How did net revenue do last quarter versus the quarter before and the same quarter last year?
Best productsWhat are our top 10 products by net revenue this year, and what share do they represent?
Why are sales down?Net revenue is down in October versus September. Which regions, channels and products explain the change?

Patterns that work: status, trend, comparison, drivers, ranking, segments, anomalies, and projections labelled as such. The assistant will refuse questions that are not about your selected views (politics, coding help, general knowledge) and business questions those views cannot support. Nothing partial is returned.
