Boards and pins

Keep the answers you trust. Refresh, comment and share a living board.

Pin only what you would want to see again. A pin is a snapshot: the chart, the numbers, the SQL and the narrative as they were when you saved them. Opening a board does not re-run your warehouse.

A board shows snapshots. Opening a board does not re-run your warehouse. Click a graph for SQL, history, refresh and comments.
  1. 1

    Pin

On an answer you trust, click Pin. Accept the suggested name or type your own (“Net revenue by region, this quarter”). Choose a board or create one.

  2. 2

    Arrange

Create groups with any names that suit you — by meeting, team, topic or owner. Drag graphs between them. There are no fixed categories.

  3. 3

    Open a graph

Click any tile for the conversation, the views and SQL, the period, the model, refresh, export, share and comments.

  4. 4

    Refresh on purpose

AI refresh re-runs the views and asks the same model to rebuild the graph and narrative. Data-only refresh re-runs the views and re-applies the saved logic with no AI cost. A board never refreshes by itself unless you set a schedule (off by default). Use data-only for frequent schedules.
