Create a workspace

Name the workspace, set timezone and currency, then invite people later.

A workspace is the boundary for data, keys, boards and people. Most companies run one production workspace. Agencies and consultants often keep one workspace per customer.

Create workspace

A workspace holds connections, AI keys, chats and boards. You can invite people after setup.

    Name it

    Use a name people will recognise in the switcher — the company, the brand or the customer. You can rename it later in Settings.

    Timezone, currency and fiscal year

    These shape how periods are labelled (“this quarter”, “last fiscal year”). They do not convert warehouse numbers; they only label them.

    Create

    You become the owner. Next, exelens asks for an AI key and a warehouse — or you can open the demo and come back to those steps.
