Invite people

Five roles. Viewers open boards. Members comment. Builders connect data and ask. Admins manage the workspace. Owners can transfer it.

Settings → Members. Invite by email. They get a link; they sign up or sign in with that address.

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerEverything, including transferring the workspace and deleting it.
AdminMembers, policies, security, billing, API keys, warehouses and AI keys.
BuilderConnect warehouses, import views, manage AI keys they can see, ask questions and pin.
MemberAsk on views they can see, pin, comment. They cannot connect data.
ViewerOpen boards shared with them. They cannot ask.
